Taking a day to explore some of the Spanish leather shops, or Spanish wines is always enjoyable.  Perhaps the Royal Andalusia Horse Show or of course there are always the cultural visits to historical cities and museums.  Of my hunting destinations, Spain is one that my wife, who is a non-hunter, makes with me and is always asking “when are we going back!”
